FLPVB50B150 is a flameproof dual-float vertical stainless steel level switch designed for tank fill control applications. It features dual switching points for high and low level indication, with an upper level set at 50 mm and a lower level at 150 mm, providing a total length of 191 mm. Manufactured from Stainless Steel 316L material, the switch is rated for pressures up to 10 bar and operates across a temperature range of -20°C to +79°C, making it suitable for aggressive liquids and hygienic applications. The switch is externally mounted via a 1-1/4" BSP thread and includes a 3-meter ATEX-rated cable with 0.5 mm² tinned copper conductors in PUR sheath. It is approved for use in Zones 1 and 2 with Ex db IIB T6 Ga/Gb and Ex tb IIIB T85°C Db ratings, offering IP66 protection and reliable performance in demanding industrial and hazardous environments.
