DESCRIPTION
The DBT71205F-HR is a high-insulation resistance reed relay designed for high-voltage switching applications requiring 5kV isolation between contacts. It features rhodium contact material for low contact resistance and is configured as a normally open (SPNO) form with flying lead connections for PCB mounting. The relay operates with coil voltages of 5V, 12V, or 24V DC, with a must-operate voltage of 3.7V to 9V (depending on coil selection) and a must-release voltage of 0.5V to 1.25V. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum switching power of 50W, maximum switching voltage of 1000V DC or AC peak, maximum switching current of 3A, and a maximum carry current of 4A, with contact resistance of 28–150 mO (typical 15 mO).
