DESCRIPTION

DAT70515F is a high-voltage reed relay from the D-HR series designed for precision switching in demanding applications requiring very high isolation voltages and low leakage current. The relay features 5kV isolation across contacts with rhodium contact material providing low contact resistance, and achieves a minimum insulation resistance of 1×106 O. It operates with coil voltages of 5V, 12V, or 24V DC, with a must-operate voltage of 3.7–9V DC (depending on coil selection) and a must-release voltage of 0.5–1.25V DC, with typical operate and release times of 2–3 ms. The relay is rated for a maximum switching power of 50W, maximum switching voltage of 1000V DC or AC peak, and maximum switching current of 3A DC or AC peak, with a carry current rating of 4A and a lifetime operation of 106 cycles in dry switching conditions. This high-reliability component is ideal for sensitive test and measurement circuits, cardiac defibrillators, and high-voltage power supplies where low contact resistance and exceptional isolation are critical.
