DESCRIPTION

DAT70515 is a high insulation resistance, high voltage reed relay from the D-HR series designed for applications requiring very high isolation voltages. It features 5kV isolation across contacts, rhodium contact material for low contact resistance, and a minimum insulation resistance of 1×10^14 Ohms. The relay offers a maximum switching power of 50W, switching voltage up to 1000V DC or AC peak, and switching current up to 3A DC or AC peak with a carry current of 4A. Operating temperature range spans -20°C to +70°C, with capacitance across contacts less than 0.2pF. This relay is ideal for cardiac defibrillators, test equipment, high voltage power supplies, and sensitive test and measurement circuits requiring low leakage current losses.
