DESCRIPTION

MXO45HST-3C-5M000000 is an 8-pin DIP HCMOS/TTL clock oscillator featuring an output enable function for legacy thru-hole applications. The device operates at +5.0V with a frequency range of 1–200 MHz and incorporates fundamental and 3rd overtone crystal designs for low phase jitter performance. It provides HCMOS output with configurable load capacitance (15–50 pF depending on frequency range), output duty cycle of 45–55%, and startup time of 5–10 ms. The oscillator includes an enable input (Pin 1) that allows output control, with enable time of 200 ns maximum and disable current of 10–15 mA. This product is designed for legacy applications in computers, networking equipment, storage systems, and test and measurement instruments where thru-hole DIP packages are required.
