MXO45HS-3C-40M0000 is a legacy thru-hole HCMOS/TTL clock oscillator designed for older applications requiring stable clock signals. It operates at a frequency of 40 MHz with ±50 ppm frequency stability and features a +5.0V supply voltage with ±10% tolerance. The oscillator is housed in an 8-pin metal DIP package with dimensions of 13.2 × 13.2 × 5.1 mm and operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. It delivers low phase jitter performance with typical RMS jitter of 0.7 ps and offers HCMOS output with duty cycle of 45% to 55%.
