MXO45HS-3C-10M000000 is a legacy 8-pin metal DIP HCMOS/TTL clock oscillator designed for thru-hole applications requiring a 10 MHz fundamental frequency with ±50 ppm stability over the commercial temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. The device operates at +5.0V (±10%) and delivers HCMOS-compatible output with low phase jitter performance (0.7 ps RMS typical), making it suitable for older HCMOS/TTL circuit designs. It features a maximum supply current of 26 mA at 1–20 MHz with 30 pF load, output duty cycle of 45–55%, and rise/fall times of 8 ns typical at the specified load conditions.
