DESCRIPTION

The MXO45-3C-2M000000 is a legacy HCMOS/TTL clock oscillator designed for thru-hole applications requiring low-cost, reliable timing solutions. This 8-pin DIP package device operates at 2 MHz with ±50 ppm frequency stability over a commercial temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, and features +5.0V single supply operation with HCMOS output type. The oscillator delivers low phase jitter performance (0.7 ps RMS typical) and includes an enable function for output control, with startup time of 5 ms typical. It is well-suited for legacy computer peripherals, networking equipment, microcontrollers, and test and measurement applications where established HCMOS/TTL compatibility is required.
