The PLA134 is a Photomos solid state relay featuring 1 Form A configuration designed for reliable AC and DC switching applications. It offers a maximum switching voltage of 150 V peak with AC mode switching current of 450 mA and DC mode switching current of 900 mA, providing flexible load handling capabilities. The relay features low on-resistance of 5 O in AC mode and 1.25 O in DC mode, ensuring efficient power transfer with minimal heat dissipation of 600 mW maximum.
