DESCRIPTION

The 89544001 is a 3/2 pneumatic valve designed for manual actuation of Ø 22 mm pneumatic actuators, supplied with screws for fixing the adaptor. It features a 1/8 BSP connection with Ø 4 mm orifice and operates in normally open (NO) configuration, allowing supply pressure to reach the output port in the default state. The valve is rated for operating pressures from 0 to 10 bar with a 2 mm orifice diameter, delivering 90 NI/min flow at 4 bars and requiring a control force of 12.6 N for actuation. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -10 °C to +60 °C in dry air and is rated for 1.5 × 106 operations, making it suitable for industrial automation, machine control, and pneumatic circuit applications requiring manual switching of actuator direction.
