DESCRIPTION

The 85102436 is a KNE3-YS emergency stop and safety gate monitoring module designed for critical safety applications requiring high reliability and redundancy. It features 3 normally open (NO) safety contacts and 1 normally closed (NC) monitoring contact with forcibly guided relays (positively driven), supporting both single and 2-channel operation modes. The module operates at 24 V AC/DC with a supply frequency range of 50/60 Hz, consuming 1.5 W at 24 VDC, and achieves Performance Level (PL) e and Safety Category 4 according to EN ISO 13849-1, with SIL Claimed Level 3 per IEC/EN 62061. It provides maximum response times of 150 ms for AC/DC emergency stop and 50 ms for AC, with a maximum reset time of 30 ms for manual start. The module is housed in a thermoplastic UL94V0 self-extinguishing material with IP40 protection for the casing and IP20 for terminal blocks, mounted on DIN-rail, and is suitable for industrial machinery, safety gates, and emergency stop circuits requiring certified safety integrity.
