The 81502110 is an adjustable vacuum switch (vacuostat) designed to provide pneumatic negative output signals when input vacuum reaches a predetermined threshold. It features an adjustment range of -0.1 to -0.9 bar with a hysteresis of 80 mb, enabling precise vacuum level detection. The device operates over a temperature range of -5°C to +50°C and delivers a flow rate of 170 Nl/min at 6 bars, with mechanical life exceeding 10 million operations. The vacuostat is commonly used in vacuum handling applications such as vacuum generators, vacuum pads, and automated vacuum control systems, providing reliable on/off switching for industrial pneumatic automation.
