DESCRIPTION

TAS157K015P1G is a hermetically sealed axial lead solid tantalum capacitor designed for harsh military and industrial environments. This 150 µF capacitor is rated at 15 WVdc with a maximum DC leakage of 8 µA at +25 °C and a dissipation factor of 6% at 120 Hz. The device features a rugged metal case with polyester insulator wrap, offering excellent frequency and temperature stability across the operating range of -55 °C to +125 °C with proper derating. Its miniature case G size (0.922 in. maximum length) provides high capacitance density, low DC leakage, and low dissipation factor, making it ideal for demanding applications requiring reliability and long shelf life in moisture and solvent-resistant environments.
