DESCRIPTION

PSU18915A is a non-polarized, aluminum electrolytic AC motor start capacitor designed for reliable motor starting applications. It features a capacitance range of 189–227 µF with a rated voltage of 110/125 Vac, dual quick-connect terminals, and a compact rugged bakelite case for durability. The capacitor operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 65°C and is designed for 50–60 Hz AC systems with a maximum power factor of 10%. It meets EIA RS-463 Type 2 (Normal Performance) standards and is UL listed (file no. E128034), making it suitable for extending the life of relay contact switches in motor control circuits. Optional bleeder resistors and mounting brackets are available to enhance system reliability and installation flexibility.
