DESCRIPTION
MLS102M150EB0A is a 125°C ultra-long-life aluminum electrolytic capacitor designed for high-reliability military systems and applications operating above 85°C. This FlatpackTM capacitor features a 1000 µF capacitance with a 150 Vdc rated voltage, housed in a rugged stainless steel case with a near-hermetic welded seal and 3.0-inch case length. The capacitor delivers an ESR of 158 mO at 25°C and 100 mO at 85°C case temperature, with ripple current capability of 8.1 A at 120 Hz and 10.1 A at 20 kHz. It exhibits exceptional reliability with 100 years expected operating life, withstands altitudes exceeding 80,000 feet, and passes rigorous endurance testing including 10,000 hours at full load at 85°C and 2000 hours at rated voltage at 125°C. This capacitor is ideal for aerospace, military, and high-temperature industrial applications where long-term reliability and performance stability are critical requirements.
