DESCRIPTION

MIN02-002EC151J-F is a surface-mount SMT clad RF capacitor designed for high-power, high-frequency applications requiring low inductance and reliable performance. This mica-based capacitor features a capacitance of 150 pF with a ±5% tolerance, rated for 300 Vdc operation, and operates across a temperature range of -55 °C to +200 °C with no voltage derating. The device exhibits an insulation resistance of 1000 MO•µF (not exceeding 100,000 MO at 25 °C) and withstands a dielectric strength of 200% of rated voltage for 5 seconds. Typical applications include RF power amplifiers, mobile radio systems, plasma generators, MRI coils, and RF medical equipment operating in the 27 to 900 MHz frequency range.
