DESCRIPTION

MIN02-002CC100J-F is a surface-mount mica RF capacitor designed for high-power, high-frequency applications requiring low inductance and reliable performance. This capacitor features a 100 pF capacitance value with ±5% tolerance, rated for 300 Vdc operation, and operates across a temperature range of -55 °C to +200 °C with no voltage derating.
