DESCRIPTION

MC22FA202J-F is a multilayer RF mica chip capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications. It features a capacitance of 2000 pF with a rated voltage of 100 Vdc and is housed in a 2220 case size. The capacitor operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and utilizes a natural mica dielectric that retains high-Q performance at UHF/VHF frequencies. With its rugged construction and FR4 board compatibility, this capacitor is free from thermal cracking and exceeds the 2 mm bend test. Common applications include MRI coils and generators, RF instruments, power amplifiers, tuned LCR circuits, and mobile radio systems.
