DESCRIPTION

MC12FA680J-F is a Type MC multilayer RF capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications requiring excellent RF performance. This 68 pF capacitor features a 100 Vdc rated voltage, 1210 case size (3.2 mm × 2.5 mm × 2.0 mm maximum height), and ±5% capacitance tolerance. The device utilizes a natural mica dielectric with silver electrodes and nickel plating, delivering extremely high Q at UHF/VHF frequencies while maintaining low ESR across a wide frequency range. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, this capacitor is ideal for MRI coils, RF instruments, power amplifiers, tuned LCR circuits, and CATV applications where thermal cracking resistance and FR4 board compatibility are essential.
