DESCRIPTION

MC12CF100D-F is a multilayer RF mica chip capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications requiring 1000 Vdc rated voltage. This capacitor features a 12 pF capacitance value with ±0.1 pF tolerance and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, maintaining excellent stability and high Q factor at UHF/VHF frequencies. The 1210 case size (3.2 mm × 2.5 mm × 2.0 mm) provides a compact form factor suitable for modern RF circuit designs. The natural mica dielectric construction delivers extremely high Q at UHF/VHF frequencies with RF current capability of dV/dt 20,000 V/µs, making it ideal for MRI coils, RF instruments, power amplifiers, and tuned LCR circuits where thermal cracking resistance and FR4 board compatibility are essential.
