DESCRIPTION

MC08CA100D-F is a multilayer RF mica chip capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications. It features a capacitance of 10 pF with a rated voltage of 100 Vdc and is housed in a compact 0805 case size (2.0 mm x 1.25 mm). The capacitor operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and utilizes a natural mica dielectric that retains high-Q characteristics at UHF/VHF frequencies. Its rugged construction is compatible with FR4 boards and exceeds 2 mm bend test requirements, making it resistant to thermal cracking. Common applications include MRI coils and generators, RF instruments, power amplifiers, tuned LCR circuits, and mobile radio systems.
