DESCRIPTION

DPPM20D47K-F is a Type DPPM radial-leaded polypropylene film capacitor utilizing series wound extended foil with floating metallized common film construction. This 0.047 µF capacitor is rated for 2000 Vdc (500 Vac at 60 Hz) and features excellent high-frequency and high-current capabilities with self-healing characteristics. The device exhibits low inductance and high dV/dt performance of 1500 V/µs, making it ideal for compact snubber applications and high-speed switching circuits. With a capacitance tolerance of ±10% (K) standard and operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, this component provides reliable performance in demanding power electronics and RF applications.
