DESCRIPTION

DCMC152T250AB2B is a Type DCMC 85°C high-capacitance aluminum electrolytic capacitor with screw terminal designed for demanding power supply filters and energy storage applications. This capacitor features a 1500 µF capacitance rating at 250 Vdc (300 Vdc surge), with an ESR maximum of 88.0 mO at 25°C and a maximum ripple current of 4.1 A at 85°C. The extended cathode foil construction (Thermal-Pak™) ensures efficient heat dissipation and cool operation, making it well-suited for high-ripple-current environments. Common applications include UPS systems, welding equipment, and computer hold-up power supplies where high capacitance and reliable energy storage are essential.
