DESCRIPTION

CM05FD121GO3 is a standard dipped silvered mica capacitor designed for timing and close tolerance applications requiring stable capacitance over a wide temperature range. This capacitor features a mica dielectric construction with excellent stability characteristics and a minimum dV/dt pulse capability of 100,000 V/µs. The operating temperature range spans from -55°C to +125°C (or up to +150°C depending on configuration), and the capacitor meets EIA RS153B dimensional specifications. These mica capacitors are commonly used in timing circuits, RF applications, and precision filtering where stable capacitance values are critical.
