DESCRIPTION
27130B242JO0 is a Type 273 high-voltage transmitting mica capacitor designed for high-current and high-voltage circuit applications. It features a capacitance of 240 pF with a rated voltage of 3000 peak volts and a capacitance tolerance of ±5% (J grade). The capacitor operates reliably over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C with ripple current capability. Maximum AC current ratings at 65°C are 2.7 A at 3 MHz, 1.3 A at 1 MHz, 0.7 A at 300 kHz, and 0.3 A at 100 kHz. The device is cast in a rectangular case with stand-off mounting capability and optional aluminum mounting plates, providing convenient mounting and high shock resistance.
