CFM61S240-E is a 60-watt encapsulated open-frame AC-DC power module designed for industrial and commercial applications requiring regulated 24V DC output. The module features a universal input range of 90–264 Vac, delivering up to 2.5A at 24V with 89% typical efficiency at 230 Vac and 75% full load. It incorporates comprehensive protection mechanisms including continuous short-circuit protection, over-voltage protection (clamped at 30V), and peak load capability (2× rated current for up to 10 seconds with external capacitor). The encapsulated design (CFM61SXXX-E variant) measures 2.14×2.14×1.409 inches and weighs 190 grams, providing compact integration into space-constrained systems.
