DESCRIPTION
CW2200STP is a CircuitWorks Conductive Pen designed to create instant highly conductive silver traces on circuit boards for prototype, rework, and repair applications. The pen features a 1.2 mm standard tip and contains a silver-filled polymer composition with 10–15 micron silver particles, delivering excellent electrical conductivity of 0.02–0.05 ohms/sq/mil. The traces achieve tack-free status in 3 to 5 minutes at room temperature and full cure within 20 to 30 minutes, with a maximum operating temperature of 400°F (205°C). The product offers excellent adhesion and flexibility, making it ideal for circuit trace repair, solderless component linking, EMI shielding, and quick prototype modifications, while reducing rework time and accelerating project completion.
