DESCRIPTION

RHS16225LD is a heatsink assembly designed for thermal management of solid state relays (SSRs), suitable for mounting up to three 1-phase SSRs or one 3-phase SSR. The heatsink features a thermal resistance of 0.84°C/W and is constructed from aluminum with silver anodization finish, providing excellent heat dissipation performance. It supports both panel and thru-wall mounting configurations with dimensions of 162 × 250 × 25 mm and a weight of approximately 1290 g (excluding SSR). The assembly accommodates various SSR types including 1-phase, 3-phase, and RGS1 series modules, with maximum SSR mounting torque of 1.5 Nm. This heatsink is ideal for industrial control applications requiring reliable thermal management of solid state relays in temperature-controlled environments.
