DESCRIPTION

RAM1A60D50 is an industrial 1-phase solid state relay featuring zero-switching operation with antiparallel thyristor output, designed for resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. The relay operates at a rated output voltage of 600 VACrms with a blocking voltage of 1200 Vp and a rated operational current of 50 AACrms. It incorporates direct copper bonding (DCB) technology, LED indication for control input status, and a clip-on IP 20 protection cover with self-lifting terminals. The control input accepts 4–32 VDC, with a pick-up voltage of 3.5 VDC and response time of =1/2 cycle for pick-up and drop-out. This relay is widely used in industrial automation, motor control, and phase-angle control applications where reliable switching and transient protection are essential, with built-in snubber protection and opto-isolation exceeding 4000 VACrms.
