DESCRIPTION

PMT20RI is a through-beam photoelectric switch designed for precise object detection over distances up to 20 m. It features modulated infrared light at 880 nm with adjustable sensitivity and immunity to ambient light, utilizing a narrow optical beam for accurate detection. The receiver supports multi-supply voltage operation from 10.8 to 264 VDC or 21.6 to 264 VAC (50/60 Hz), with switch-selectable make or break output functions and relay contact ratings of 3 A at 250 VAC or 30 VDC. The unit is housed in a reinforced polycarbonate enclosure measuring 25 × 65 × 81 mm with IP 67 protection, LED indicators for power and target detection, and optional timer functions including adjustable delay on operate, delay on release, and one-shot triggering. This photoelectric switch is ideal for industrial automation, material handling, and assembly line applications requiring reliable long-range object detection with flexible output control.
