DESCRIPTION

The ND12DCG is a two-hand safety module designed according to EN 60204-1, EN 292-1/-2, EN 574, EN 954-1, and EN 13849-1 standards, achieving Safety Category 4 and Performance Level e. It features dual-channel input with a maximum delay between inputs of 500 ms, two normally-open (NO) safety outputs, one PNP auxiliary output, and one NC relay auxiliary output, with automatic reset and self-monitoring capabilities. The module operates at 230 VAC (-15/+10%, 50-60 Hz) with a power consumption of 4 VA/4 W, and provides safety output contact ratings of 8 A @ 230 VAC for resistive loads (AC1) and 3 A @ 230 VAC for small inductive loads (AC15). With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +55°C, IP 40 housing protection, and DIN rail mounting, the ND12DCG is suited for the highest-risk industrial applications such as presses and punches where dual-hand control and certified safety performance are essential.
