DESCRIPTION

VKDAS00B-AZC00-000 is a sealed Contura rocker switch engineered for demanding applications requiring robust environmental protection. The switch features IP66/68 sealing protection and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, with silver and gold contacts rated for mixed flowing gas (MFG) Class III corrosion resistance per ASTM B-827 and B-845. It meets stringent military and marine standards including MIL-STD 202F, MIL-STD 510.1, UL 1500, ISO 8846, IEC 60529, and BS 5490, demonstrating exceptional durability through vibration testing (10G's at 10-500 Hz), shock testing (30G's per MIL-STD 202F Method 213B), salt spray exposure (96 hours per MIL-STD 202F Method 101D), and thermal shock cycling (-55°C to +85°C). This switch is ideal for on/off-highway vehicles, marine vessels, armored vehicles, mining machinery, and any application requiring superior sealing protection and corrosion resistance in extreme conditions.
