DESCRIPTION

The V8D1K66B-AAC00-000 is a sealed Contura V-Series rocker switch designed for harsh marine and transportation environments requiring IP66/68 ingress protection. This snap-in mounted switch features a single-pole configuration with 8-terminal base and interchangeable rocker actuators, enabling flexible panel design with minimal inventory changes. The switch is rated for 0.4 A at 28 VDC resistive and operates across a panel thickness range of 0.030 to 0.250 inches (0.76 to 6.35 mm) with optional gasket support. It meets stringent environmental and safety standards including MIL Std 202F, MIL Std 510.1, UL 1500, ISO 8846, IEC 60529, and BS 5490, ensuring reliable performance in corrosive, high-vibration, and temperature-extreme conditions.
