DESCRIPTION

V1E2BH01-1KZ00-000 is a V-Series Contura sealed rocker switch designed for demanding industrial and automotive control applications. The switch features maximum sealing protection with dual seals around lamps and rocker stem certified to IP66 and IP68 standards, with optional external gasket panel seals for enhanced protection. It incorporates a silver-plated butt contact mechanism rated for 50,000 to 100,000 electrical cycles depending on circuit configuration, with contact ratings ranging from 4 VA at 28 VDC to 15 amps at 125 VAC and 10 amps at 250 VAC. The roller pin mechanism requires no lubrication and withstands extreme temperatures, while the polyester blend base is rated to 125°C with UL 94V0 flammability rating. The switch accommodates up to 10 terminals with 1/4" quick connect terminations and supports multiple illumination options including incandescent (10,000 hours), neon (25,000 hours), and LED (100,000 hours at 1/2 life). This design is ideal for monitoring critical vehicle and equipment functions such as oil pressure, temperature, fluid levels, and system malfunctions.
