DESCRIPTION

DK284-73/HDW-ASSM is a heavy duty toggle switch from the DK/EK-Series designed for demanding industrial applications. This double pole switch features On-None-Off circuitry with screw terminal connections and is rated at 8A 250V, 16A 125V, and 1 HP 125-250V. It incorporates a bat style toggle actuator with an unsealed toggle length of 0.687 inches and bushing length of 0.465 inches. The switch offers a dielectric strength of 1000V (UL/CSA rated), electrical life of 25,000 cycles, and mechanical life of 100,000 cycles. With an operating temperature range of 0°F to 150°F (-17.8°C to +65.6°C) and quick make/quick break contact mechanism, this switch is ideal for industrial motor control and general purpose applications requiring sturdy metal construction and reliable performance.
