DESCRIPTION

2GM51-78 is a double pole sealed toggle switch from the Carling Technologies G-Series, featuring an On-Off-On circuit function. This switch offers ratings up to 10A 250VAC, 15A 125VAC, and 3/4 HP 125-250VAC, with a bat-style actuator and sealed construction (actuator style 78). It features a dielectric strength of 1000V (UL/CSA) for live to dead metal parts and opposite polarity, with an electrical life of 50,000 cycles for maintained operation. The switch operates over a temperature range of 32°F to 185°F (0°C to 85°C) and includes a 15/32-32UNS-2A threaded bushing with 0.465 inch bushing length and 0.687 inch toggle length. Common applications include marine, generators, industrial equipment, office automation, and medical equipment.
