DESCRIPTION

MPI005DTELSBL12 is a 19mm stainless steel illuminated vandal-resistant push button switch designed for demanding industrial and public-access applications. The switch features S.P.C.O (Single Pole Change-Over) switching capability with both momentary and latching action options, offering flexible control configurations with normally closed and normally open contact pairs. It provides robust electrical performance with a maximum rating of 5A at 12VDC or 24VDC, 5A at 125VAC, and 3A at 250VAC, combined with excellent contact reliability (50mO maximum contact resistance) and high insulation resistance exceeding 1000MO at 500Vdc. The switch is sealed to IP65 (upgradeable to IP67 for momentary variants), operates reliably across -25°C to +55°C, and delivers 1,000,000 minimum mechanical operations and 50,000 minimum electrical operations. Its stainless steel body with aluminium alloy button, polycarbonate mouldings, and gold-plated brass terminations ensure durability and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for security systems, access control, emergency stations, and harsh outdoor environments.
