DESCRIPTION

The C1353ALNAF is a high-inrush double-pole rocker switch designed for demanding switching applications requiring positive break contact separation. This switch features a 150A inrush rating to EN61058-1 with a continuous current rating of 16A at 250Vac, and supports 20A at 28Vdc operation. The switch incorporates a positive break mechanism where the plunger tube acts directly on the moving contact step to ensure contact welds are positively separated at switch-on, providing reliable performance in high-inrush scenarios. It offers multiple switching circuit options including 3-position selective switching, choice of terminal types (push-on, solder, and PCB), and splashproof bezel options with a standard 'A' style bezel measuring 30.2 x 25.0 mm. The device is RoHS compliant, rated to UL 85°C with file E45221, and features a 3 mm contact gap, making it suitable for industrial control panels, power distribution equipment, and applications requiring robust high-inrush switching capability.
