DESCRIPTION

The WRAPTOR-A6500 is a specialty system that prints and applies labels to wires and cables, improving production flow. It utilizes monochrome thermal transfer printing technology at a 300 dpi resolution to create labels for wires with diameters from 0.060" to 0.600". The machine can print and wrap a label in under 5 seconds and supports media widths of 0.50", 1.00", and 2.00". It offers flexible operation, either standalone or connected to a PC via USB or Ethernet 10/100. Designed for high-volume applications, this system can operate 24/7 with a typical throughput of over 7000 labels per day, making it ideal for improving efficiency in wire identification tasks.
