DESCRIPTION

THT-97-728-10 is a polyimide label roll manufactured by Brady for circuit board and component identification in demanding environments. The label measures 0.500" W x 0.200" H (12.700 mm W x 5.080 mm H) with a printable area of 0.500" W x 0.200" H, featuring permanent acrylic adhesive and a matte white finish. This material exhibits excellent resistance to harsh fluxing and wave solder environments, resists all commonly employed methods of cleaning, and is compatible with thermal transfer printers using recommended ribbon series R6000 or R5011. The labels are supplied in rolls of 10,000 units with a web width of 0.700" (17.78 mm) and vertical repeat of 0.300" (7.62 mm), and are suitable for both surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole applications on top or bottom of boards. The product is UL Recognized, complies with MIL-STD-202F Notice 12 Method 215J, and passes RoHS 2011/65/EU requirements, making it ideal for high-reliability circuit board labeling in aerospace, military, and industrial applications.
