DESCRIPTION

B33-375-2-342 is a PermaSleeve marker made from irradiated polyolefin heat shrink tubing with a 3:1 shrink ratio, designed for wire identification and insulation purposes. The marker supports thermal transfer and dot matrix printing technologies and is compatible with Brady Series R6600, R4300, R4502S, and R6700 thermal transfer ribbons, as well as R5000 Series dot matrix ribbon and laser marking methods. It operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +135°C with a minimum recovery temperature of 150°C, and meets mark permanence requirements of AS-81531 and AS-5942 standards. The tubing exhibits excellent chemical resistance, solvent resistance, and environmental durability, with dielectric strength of 500 volts/mil minimum and self-extinguishing flammability characteristics. Available in multiple sizes (3/32" to 1 1/2") and colors (white, yellow, black, red, orange, green, blue, violet, pink, gray, and brown), it is qualified to SAE AS23053/5 (Class 4) and recognized by UL as a component to UL224 Extruded Insulated Tubing.
