DESCRIPTION

TBU-DT085-200-WH is a dual unidirectional high-speed TBU® (Transient Blocking Unit) surge protector designed to protect against faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross, induction, and lightning surges. It features a peak impulse voltage withstand of 850 V, a continuous AC RMS voltage rating of 425 V, and a trigger current range of 200 mA (min) to 400 mA (max). The device offers a typical series resistance of 7.4 to 8.7 O and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Housed in a compact surface mount DFN package, this RoHS-compliant component is ideal for Ethernet ports, protection modules, process control equipment, and general electronics applications requiring reliable high-speed circuit protection.
