DESCRIPTION

SRU8043-2R2Y is a shielded SMD power inductor designed for DC/DC converter input/output filtering and power supply applications. It features an inductance of 2.2 µH at 100 kHz with ±30% tolerance, a maximum RMS current rating of 5.4 A, and a saturation current of 5.20 A typical. The inductor has a low DC resistance of 11.2 mO, a self-resonant frequency minimum of 65.0 MHz, and operates reliably across a storage temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a maximum temperature rise of 40°C at rated current. With a compact unit height of 4.3 mm and RoHS compliance, this component is ideal for portable communication equipment, camcorders, and LCD TV power supplies where space efficiency and thermal performance are critical.
