DESCRIPTION

SRU1038-331Y is a shielded surface-mount power inductor from Bourns' SRU1038 series designed for DC/DC converter input/output filtering and power supply applications. The device features a 330 µH inductance at 100 kHz with ±30% tolerance, a DC resistance of 773 mO, and a maximum RMS current rating of 0.55 A, with a saturation current of 0.52 A typical. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a maximum temperature rise of 40°C at rated current, and has a self-resonant frequency of 3.0 MHz. The compact 3.8 mm unit height and RoHS-compliant construction make it suitable for portable communication equipment, camcorders, and LCD TV power supplies where space and reliability are critical.
