DESCRIPTION

SRP3012C-R47M is a shielded power inductor from the SRP30120 series designed for high-frequency switching power supply applications. It features a metal alloy powder core with shielded construction to minimize electromagnetic interference and buzz noise, with an inductance value of 0.47 µH at ±20% tolerance. The device exhibits a typical DC resistance of 25 mO (maximum 30 mO), a saturation current of 6.5 A, and an RMS current rating of 5 A, with a self-resonant frequency of 98 MHz. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a 40°C temperature rise at rated current, this inductor is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, making it suitable for power conversion circuits, DC-DC converters, and EMI filtering in consumer and industrial electronics.
