DESCRIPTION

SRP2512A-1R0M is a shielded power inductor from Bourns' SRP2512A series designed for use in DC/DC converters, power supplies, and miniature mobile electronic devices. The inductor features a wirewound construction with a metal alloy powder core, providing high saturation current and low profile characteristics. Key electrical specifications include an inductance of 1.0 µH (±20% tolerance) at 1 MHz, a quality factor (Q) of 39 at 1 MHz, a self-resonant frequency of 82 MHz, and a DC resistance of 41 mO typical (49 mO maximum). The device is rated for 3.5 A RMS current with a saturation current of 4.4 A typical, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
