DESCRIPTION

SF-0603S080-2 is a slow blow thin film chip fuse designed for overcurrent protection in compact electronic applications. It features a rated current of 0.80 A with a typical resistance of 113 mO and an I²t rating of 0.024 A²s, providing reliable protection against transient overcurrent events. The fuse operates at a rated voltage of DC 50 V with a breaking capacity of 50 A, and is housed in a miniature 1608 (EIA 0603) surface mount package suitable for automated assembly. It meets UL 248-14 standards, is RoHS compliant, and halogen free, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +105°C. Common applications include portable memory devices, LCD monitors, disk drives, cell phones, rechargeable battery packs, and industrial controllers where space constraints and reliable overcurrent protection are essential.
