DESCRIPTION

SDR1307-151KL is an SMD power inductor from Bourns' SDR1307 series, featuring a 150 µH inductance at 100 kHz with ±10% tolerance and a quality factor (Q) of 20 at 0.796 MHz test frequency. The inductor has a self-resonant frequency (SRF) minimum of 4.5 MHz, a maximum DC resistance (RDC) of 250 mO, and supports an RMS current rating of 1.6 A with a saturation current (Isat) of 2.6 A typical. The compact design measures 13.0 ± 0.5 mm in diameter with a height of 7.0 ± 0.3 mm, and exhibits a maximum temperature rise of 40°C at rated current. This inductor is ideal for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supplies for portable communication equipment, camcorders, LCD TVs, and CD players, offering RoHS compliance and reliable performance in space-constrained applications.
