DESCRIPTION

SDR1006-680KL is a surface-mount power inductor from Bourns' SDR1006 series featuring a 68 µH inductance value with ±10% tolerance. The inductor utilizes a ferrite DR core with enameled copper wire and silver/nickel/tin plated terminals, delivering a maximum DC resistance of 0.22 O and a quality factor (Q) of 15 at 2.52 MHz test frequency. It is rated for 1.10 A RMS current with a saturation current of 2.00 A, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a maximum temperature rise of 40°C at rated current. The compact design measures 9.8 mm maximum diameter, making it ideal for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supplies for portable communications equipment, camcorders, LCD TVs, and similar applications requiring space-efficient power management solutions.
