DESCRIPTION

PM3316-3R3M-RC is an SMD power inductor from the PM3316 series featuring a 3.3 µH inductance with ±20% tolerance and a low profile of 5.0 mm maximum height. The inductor exhibits a DC resistance (RDC) of 0.015 O, a self-resonant frequency (SRF) minimum of 54 MHz, and a quality factor (Q) of 50 at 4 MHz test frequency. It is rated for a maximum RMS current of 5.00 A with a typical saturation current (Isat) of 6.40 A, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device is constructed with a ferrite DR core, enameled copper wire, and Cu/Sn terminals, and is RoHS compliant. This inductor is ideal for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supplies for portable communication equipment, camcorders, and LCD TVs, where compact size and low profile are essential.
